If you have A PayPal Account, Log in to your account to pay. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no need to worry, pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest. BJ Protector LLC payment types are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. We accept the PayPal pay method for purchases. PayPal’s secure server encrypts all submitted information. Once you select the product(s) for purchase, during the checkout process you will be taken to PayPal, just enter your credit card information during Checkout to complete the transaction. We’re sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment: CODs, personal checks, money orders, gift certificates or layaway.

Ordering Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Item Availability

If an item selected is sold out at the time of your order, the item will not be processed with the rest of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept orders of sold out items. Shipping

Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges shown at the lowest shipping rate before you confirm your order. The method of shipment can be changed using a method of shipment of your choice. The shipment charge will reflect the higher or lower amount based on the shipping charge that you select as your method of shipment.

Orders can ship to APO/ FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO are recommended to be shipped via the United States Postal Service only. However, other shipping options are provided at the time of check out, but are not traceable.

Shipment Status

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be emailed
to you. To track your order via the carrier’s Website, you may go to the carrier’s Website enter the tracking number and click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Ship to Multiple Addresses

We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot do so within a single order at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders on our Website. We regret any inconvenience.

Pricing, Tax Information & Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Virginia addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.bjprotector.com the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Returns & Replacements

Should Beverly Jones Face Makeup and Hair Protector be defective in the material or the manufacturing at the time of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge by THE BJ PROTECTOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: We unconditionally guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied in any way, we ask you to please return the BJ Protector within 7 days of your receipt provided you have contacted our Customer Care Department. We will refund your money for the purchase price of the item. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. BJ Protector LLC will not be responsible for the cost of shipping back the damaged product to BJ Protector LLC, but will ship it back to you at no additional cost. Questions About Your Purchase & Dispute

Notify Us In Case Of Questions About Your Purchase. If you have inquiry or questions about items purchased, or if you need more information about a BJ Protector transaction, write to us at the Email address listed on your purchase invoice, fill in the form on the BJ Protector Website Contact Us page, or click on BJ Protector LLC. Write to us as soon as possible and explain why you are opening this dispute. We must hear from you no later than 7 days of which you made your purchase. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights. In your email, give us the following information: Your name, date of transaction, and invoice number, the dollar amount of the transaction, describe the transaction or experience and explain, why you are disputing your purchase.
